Mismatched entity and/or field definitions

I think this is the same issue that was already reported here 🐛 Automators Tool entity type needs to be installed Active . But the problem is still happening. Can you please check it again? We can reopen the issue if needed.

I can't reinstall the Automators module though because in doing so I will lose active configuration so I guess I'll just have to wait for beta-2.

Like I said, it does not seem to be causing any real problems for us anyway.
