Pager in the Decoupled module doesn't have max pages limit

Problem/Motivation

When we have a lot of products, the decoupled Pager component shows more than 10 items in the pages list, which leads to a broken page layout (the secondary sidebar moves to the bottom).

Also, that's strange that we have the pager inside the tag, not
