Update the Drupal AI logo

thx for the issue and also already clarifying my concerns about the TM and spacings.
I will updatet/create/finetune the logo to this needs

I recreated the Logo.
finetuned the size of shapes and line thickness and size of drop in the center.
I als rethought the Flower shape and it is now dilapidated and goes in a zirkle around and is symmetrical.
Also the ZT Gatha which is in the Drupal Brand Guidelines mentioned as the "Drupal Font" but of course it is not the "Font" which is used in the Drupal™ Logo.

Also I started Brand Guidelines v0.1 →
I have not clarified the wordings etc, these are for now just my thoughts.

If my Version is well received, I will export multiple versions/formats and add them here!
Just want to get a go first.

Also feedback for the Brand Guide Text would be gr8 :)

Hi All - I'm taking the logo to the marketing working group and will report back asap.

We've been relaxed with projects having their own logos, but I think we need to be strict when they become major initiatives.

I've shared the discussion with the marketing working group, and we will have a decision in 24 hrs.

Id does not need to be blue. Info was it should reflect the Drupal Brand :)
Also fine if it stays black btw ;P
