Add to components throws error when initiated from Library

Overview

Steps (see attached Screen Recording ... .mov) or follow these:

1. In Library tab
2. Click + Add new
3. Wait for the code editor to load
4. Navigate out of the code editor without clicking "Add to components"
5. Find your new component in the Code section of the library and click the Ellipsis button
6. Choose "Add to components" from the context menu that pops up
7. Click "Add" in the dialog that pops up

The request returns an error.

It is still possible to "Add to components" from inside the code editor.
