Undefined function image_file_download()

Hmm, that won't work on 10.4.x I guess?
Also we can use an import instead of the full namespace no?

Running into the same error when trying to download an image on Drupal 11.1.7 with Imagecache External 3.0.4 and Media Entity Download 2.4.0 installed. MR12 seems to fix the issue for us. Won't set to RTBC if image_file_download() is removed in 10.4.

Changed the PR a bit to make sure it also works for 10.4.x .. I think that looks fine.

Tested MR12 with Drupal 10.4.7. Seems to be working fine there as well. Setting to RTBC.

Alright, merged and will push a new release in a couple of minutes.
