Please tag new release with updates from Dev

Problem/Motivation

The tagged Alpha1 version of the module does not work because it does not recognize the locations dataset and will not allow for any locations to be applied to the displays. The Dev module will work, providing that the Requeststack is updated to use the Symfony Requeststack library.

Steps to reproduce

Provision new Drupal 10 website and install Weather module and attempt to add locations to a display.

Proposed resolution

The Dev module will work, providing that the Requeststack in the Dev version is updated to use the Symfony Requeststack library.
1) Update the Requeststack on the DEV code per issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/weather/issues/3525929 🐛 Update WeatherPlacesAutocompleteController to use Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\RequestStack Needs review
2) Tag a new release
