Compatibility issues with commerce 2.x after latest commit

Problem/Motivation

Version 1.11 introduced changes for compatibility with Commerce 3.x. Unfortunately this has resulted in issues with 2.x:

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\commerce_payment\Plugin\Commerce\PaymentGateway\PaymentGatewayBase::__construct(), 3 passed in /var/www/html/public/web/modules/contrib/commerce_mollie/src/Plugin/Commerce/PaymentGateway/Mollie.php on line 59

This update should be added to a new major version as it is not compatible with commerce 2.x

Steps to reproduce

Install commerce_mollie 1.11 with commerce 2.x and go to checkout.

Proposed resolution

Split commerce_mollie in two major version, one compatible with commerce 2.x and one compatible with 3.x

For now users of commerce 2.x should fix commerce_mollie to 1.10.
