Add a link to "Add Finders Facet Type"

On the screen at /admin/content/finders_facet, there's one local action: "Add Finders Facet".

The corresponding screen in directories at admin/content/directories/facets has both "Add directory facets type " and "Add directory facets".

I think adding a link to add a new facet type like directories has would be helpful.

Isn't 'Add directory facets type' going to take you out of the content area and into the structure area?

Yes, but is that a problem? It's what currently happens in directories at the moment...
