Remove UUIDs from config files

Blah, I think I had started with them removed and inadvertently added them back at some point. (I know I looked at a few of your recipes and documentation to figure some things out, actually. :)) Thanks for letting me know! A coworker and I will fix this in the next couple days while we're at MidCamp.
