Renamed file not showing new name in Media Library

Problem/Motivation

Media Library shows the name of the PDF file incorrectly after renaming. The name shown in the Media Library is the old name.

Steps to reproduce

Renamed a PDF file.

Proposed resolution

Media Library should show the new name.
