Create a new 5.0.x branch for the Bootstrap 5 update

Problem/Motivation

It's time to migrate this theme to Bootstrap 5 and use Drupal Recipes instead of theme features, among other changes (Use Grunt/Webpack) but we need to create a new 5.0.x branch from the 8.x-1.x branch, delete all its contents and do a clear start to build up the theme
