Create a BoF at Vienna to look at communicating online mentoring opportunities

Problem/Motivation

We occasionally get people in the mentoring coordination channel asking for mentoring and we direct them towards the contribution channel.
The problem is that those people who are most likely to be willing to help, might not see a call for help there.
