UX design for rules list/add/edit

Here are my designs for the add/edit feature of this and the list view. These are wireframes that show label and description copy suggestions.

1. This shows suggestions for all the default fields

2. This shows default fields and conditional comparison text field

3. This shows default fields and conditional character count field

4. This is the wireframe for the list view. I'm suggesting that we rename and reorder labels, as well as hide the machine name column.
