The Discuss tab for documentation pages returns a 5xx error

I get notifications on the Dashboard page about new comments on documentation pages I edited.
When I click on the new links, lately, I get a 5xx error. When I refresh the page, one or more times, I eventually see the discuss page with the recent comments, including the ones added because edits. On few cases, I do not get the page at all.
