Renderer::doRender() contains some outdated information

Problem/Motivation

📌 Deprecate RendererInterface::render()'s sole $is_root_call parameter Needs work moved a few things around in the Renderer class, but forgot to update docs in one place. doRender() no longer has to concern itself with the notion of a root call, but the comments still mention it.
