Add handling of commercetools Customer Groups by attaching to Drupal users

Problem/Motivation

commercetools provides custom prices for specific customer groups. Seems the best way to handle this is to allow attaching Customer Groups to the Drupal Roles, if you come up with a better idea - please share.
So, we need to implement this in Drupal and apply it to the queries to display the right prices.
