Improve UX of the Cart Summary block

Problem/Motivation

Now in the Cart Summary dropdown block, the buttons are not visible if many products are added to the cart. Let's make them visible always without scroll.
Also, make the view more compact - decrease the size of the product title, hide the product attributes (or display only customizable ones, if possible).
Also, the "Checkout" button doesn't work for some cases, fix this too.
