Extend the categories block to display only subcategories with the configured depth

Problem/Motivation

We implemented the categories block that displays a full tree of categories - it is good for the side panels. But in addition to that, will be good to have categories displayed below the product list in the page center, like this:

So, we need to add new settings to the block:
- Display from the current category.
- Display style (just hardcoded for now): List, Cards: 3 in a row, Cards: 4 in a row.
