Redirects around children sites and parent faults

Problem/Motivation

Redirects on the parent and child sites are not user-friendly. The following items would help improve the user ability to navigate between the sites.

  1. All User forms that are needed for authentication on a child site should redirect back to the login page on the child site.
  2. User gets redirected from the parent site back the child site once authenticated.
  3. Parent site Users forms all work correctly.
