Views Bulk Edit - similar module, differences, merge efforts?

This module functionality looks very similar to Views Bulk Edit → . Perhaps we could add some additional information to the description page such as listing Views Bulk Edit as an alternative other solution, or describing the differences between the two modules (pros/cons). Also, depending on the differences it might be good to discuss the maintainers joining forces to maintain a single, best recommended module?
