Remove Field Validation testing for now for D11

Problem/Motivation

Currently we are seeing a lot of testing warnings on next minor phpunit, due to the field validation having issues with next minor release of core.

We should turn that of and create a follow up issue to take a decision when next minor core is released. If Field Validation fixes it, just add it again, if not discuss what to do with the submodule.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  • Remove the testing on of Field Validation in phpunit for now.
  • Add follow up issue.
  • NOTE: Does not need code review, all green is code review.
