Cart Button Missing

I was able to get it back finally, after some configuration changes that were lost in previous commits:

The cart dropdown may need some addtional theming/styling, but I'll open a new issue for that.

I'll set to "Needs Review" for now.

Merged to the default branch.

Moved to "Fixed", I'll create another issue for the styling on the cart dropdown.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
