Details element cannot be collapsed after changing form values in Menu Block configuration

Overview

After changing values within a Menu Block configuration, the details element that contains these controls becomes impossible to collapse.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a menu block to the page
  2. Expand the "Menu levels" details element
  3. Change a value in one of form fields
  4. Attempt to collapse the details element by clicking the summary
  5. Observe that the details element remains expanded and cannot be collapsed
