Change local task title to 'Merge'

Problem/Motivation

The local task title is currently the name of the module, 'Simple Entity Merge'.

Proposed resolution

It would make more sense to make it the name of the operation, 'Merge', the same as other local tasks like 'Edit', 'Delete' and Entity Clone → 's 'Clone'.
