Extract testUriHost from UuidValidatorTest into its own class

Problem/Motivation

📌 Rename ConstraintsTest to UuidValidatorTest Active renamed ConstraintsTest to UuidValidatorTest but neglected, that this class contains two unrelated test methods: testUuid() and testUriHost(). The latter merits its own class I think.
