, the hook_update_N front_page_update_8101 was updated to fix the spelling of "weigth". Alas, the point of this update was to fix the spelling of "weigth" in the role config. By removing the wrong name, the update now can't fix the config key name.

Install any version before 8.x-1.0-beta1 or earlier to get the broken config, upgrade straight to 10.0.0-beta1 and config will remain broken.
Revert the spelling fix, and mark it to be ignored as intentional.
