Do not allow encryption of user fields that will cause problems if encrypted

Problem/Motivation

The field encrypt entity type settings at /admin/config/system/field-encrypt/entity-types show almost all fields. However, encrypting user fields related to authentication can cause logging in to fail, so these fields should not be available for encryption:

• password
• name
• mail
