Offering to maintain Viewport

I would like to take over maintainership of the Viewport module https://www.drupal.org/project/viewport → I have a client that needs this for Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 upgrades. My plan is to upgrade it and make it available for both versions of Drupal.

    The Project available for adoption issues were not supposed to be keep open for more than 2 years.

    Issues for becoming maintainers/co-maintainers need to be first open in the project issue queue and kept there for at least 14 days.
