Components that have previously existed do not initialize correctly in code editor

Overview

When a component is deleted and a new component is created with the same name, the new component fails to initialize properly in the code editor.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a component in the Experience Builder (e.g., "My Component")
2. Save the component and exit the code editor
3. Delete this component
4. Create a new component with the exact same name ("My Component")
5. Observe that the code editor does not initialize correctly
