[PP-2] Support translations tracking on Component "Audit" operation content listing when using asymmetric translations

Overview

In 📌 Calculate field and component dependencies on save and store them in an easy to retrieve format Active we added a new Component audit controller that lists usage of components in content entities.
But depending on translation configuration for the component tree fields (symmetric or asymmetric), these could vary per language.

Currently only the negotiated language usage will be shown.
Ideally we would show all the usages, no matter the language.

Proposed resolution

• Verify that if a content translation exists using a component, when the original language isn't, the content entity is listed here.
• Add an automatic test for that use case

Postponed on 📌 Calculate field and component dependencies on save and store them in an easy to retrieve format Active itself, and 📌 [PP-1] Evaluate storing XB field type's "deps_*" columns in separate table Active .

Component audit consider translations when listing the content entities using a given component.
