Dark mode table in configuration diff within ui-dialog

Problem/Motivation

In dark mode, text is not legible in the Configuration"View differences" ui dialog.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable dark mode
  2. /admin/config/development/configuration
  3. Click "View differences"

Proposed resolution

Increase specificity of the css for table.diff .diff-context to override.
