SVG support

Problem/Motivation

In the context of ✨ Media: image SVG Active , I wonder if it would be possible to get inspiration from https://www.drupal.org/project/svg_image → to also support automatically SVG images.

That way it would avoid the need to have an "Image" and an "Image (SVG)" media types in Sobki.
