Title and slogan are moving below the logo

I applied the SCSS/CSS fixes and looks decent now:

Anyone wants to review this? I think it's because there is no search bar in the header some of the elements in the header are a bit screwed now.

Ok, I'll merge this to the 2.2.x branch for now.
