Create a Recipe for building the Home Page

Problem/Motivation

Now with the release of the Drupal Recipes → , I'm thinking of creating a Recipe to recreate the Home Page again, seeing that we removed the estore_homepage_feature 🐛 uninstall 'estore_homepage_feature' Needs review because it used the theme features and that is outdated now.
