Update for group v3

Problem/Motivation

Group v3 changes the machine names from group_content to group_relationship, breaking the views_add_button_group_content plugin provided by this module.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Update the plugin to use the new group module machine names.
Do not rename the plugin.
Make a new release.
