Errors while importing the configuration

Problem/Motivation

Can't import the configuration after installing this module.

Steps to reproduce

Install and configure the module. Export the configuration. Switch environment. When trying to deploy you get this error:

The import failed due to the following reasons:
Configuration announcement.settings depends on the announcement extension that will not be installed after import.
