DDEV project name gets "-1" added

Problem/Motivation

A "-1" is added (openintranet-1.ddev.site) in the DDEV project name, even though there is no existing DDEV "openintranet" instance...

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Check if NAME=$(basename "$PWD" | tr '_' '-') inlaunch-intranet.sh works as expected in MacOS, Linux, etc.
