Create Node Swapper service API

Problem/Motivation

I think this module would benefit from having a Drupal service that handles the swapping logic. That way, other modules can interact with it and implement their own custom swapping logic and so the module structure is a little cleaner.

Proposed resolution

Migrate the swapping logic from the NodeSwapperConfirmForm to a Drupal service.

API changes

New Node Swapper service that other modules can call and implement.
