Entity browser layout-container margin cutting off submit button border

Problem/Motivation

The fix implemented in https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_browser/issues/3467582 🐛 Entity browser layout-container margin reset does not work with Claro Active is removing too much margin, causing the focus border on the submit to be cut off when in focus.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have Claro admin theme installed
  2. Open an entity browser iframe or modal
  3. Put the submit button in focus

Proposed resolution

Implement some margin instead of removing it all together.
