weight on menu link

Well, I guess it removed it because it is a terrible UI experience. I could perhaps make it a settings to display the weight. But then we would also need to print the weights of the existing items so you know what weight to set.

I have started using it on several sites. Editors who work with it on a daily basis have expressed the need for two additional features: the ability to manage item weight, and a visual indication of the currently active menu item.

To address this, I have prepared a small patch that:

Reintroduces support for setting menu item weight

Displays the weight value for each item in the interface

Highlights the active menu item

Applies a minor design adjustment to improve layout for long item titles

Check latest DEV. I added a settings to display the weight if the user wants it. It's turned off by default.

Released in version 1.0.6.
