Add drowl_media_types as drowl_media_video dependency, as drowl_media_video requires the types from drowl_media_types anyway and drowl_media_types contains the templates for video.

Grml this breaks tests, as drowl_media_types config is not final... so let's postpone this, it's just a bonus.
