"Get Season" alterator is mandatory, but disabled on install.

Steps to reproduce

Install a new instance of BeeHotel

Proposed resolution

Enable this alterator by default, lock checkbox "enable"

User interface changes

The "enable" checkbox in this alterator setting form is locked on
