Can't access Layout page for translated node

Problem/Motivation

Can't access the "Layout" page for a translated node. Site is configured with Italian as default language and English as additional one.

Steps to reproduce

add a node: /node/add/landing_page_lb
save; new node is created and "Edit layout" page is presented: /node/11720/layout
save layout and add translation: /en/node/11720/translations/add/it/en
save translation; "Edit layout" page is presented: /en/node/11720/layout - but it fails with "You are not authorized to access this page"

In the logs I get:

Path: /en/node/11720/layout. Drupal\Core\Http\Exception\CacheableAccessDeniedHttpException: in Drupal\Core\Routing\AccessAwareRouter->checkAccess() (line 117 of /var/www/itmi-dev/public_html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/AccessAwareRouter.php).

but I'm logged as user 1! Any hints?

🐛 Conflict between layout_builder_perms and layout_builder_at module weights causes "Access Denied" on translated nodes Active
✅ Released varbase_layout_builder-10.1.11 →
Try basic composer update drupal/varbase_layout_builder to get the latest release

Important to run drush updb to set a higher module weight for layout_builder_at. To ensure layout_builder_at's plugins is registered after the one from layout_builder_perms.
