Add GitLab CI Support

jocowood → changed the visibility of the branch 8.x-1.x to hidden.

Added .gitlab-ci.yml, had to opt-out from D11 and opt-in to D10 because the module isn`t ready for D11 yet. Pipelines running in Merge Request, just some warning from CSPELL and PHPCS, which may disappear with 3127030 🐛 Drupal coding standards errors/warnings RTBC

I have reviewed the MR and have no complaints.
