Problem/Motivation

Fix a Gin Toolbar alignment issue caused by CSS overrides in environment_indicator.css

Gin Toolbar already uses logical CSS properties to support ltr and rtl layouts already.

The Gin Toolbar menu alignment CSS is really quite complex and modules shouldn't be interfering with it at all.

Steps to reproduce

When using Gin Toolbar and Environment Indicator and including dir="trl" on the html element, toolbar menus are misaligned.

Proposed resolution

Remove the CSS override lines causing the issue.
