Update summary on project page for compatibility with Project Browser

A short, non-technical description has been created by the community for your module for compatibility with Project Browser. The short description will be displayed on the cards in the Project Browser grid and list views.
Requirements: The short description (200 characters or less) should answer the question - "what does this module do in a non-technical way". Do not use the module name in the short description.

Proposed resolution
Prevents spam submissions on forms by checking if JavaScript is enabled in the browser and that human-like activity occurs (e.g., mouse move, tab key press, or swipe gesture).

MAINTAINERS: Please consider adding the proposed short description as the Summary for the Description field on your project page. Please click “Edit summary” near your description field to add the short description.

I know the project is deprecated, but at least the summary should point that out in short manner.

I changed it to:

CKEditor Font Size enables the CKEditor Font Size and Family plugin, which adds drop-downs that apply CSS classes or attributes as inline element style.

Which is 198 characters long, once the user clicks in the module name link, will see that the module is deprecated and there are more alternatives to this.

Marking this as "Fixed", if the description is not updated in a few days, I'll re-open the ticket.
