Not able to install it on Drupal 11

Just read the log:
require drupal/inline_entity_form
but it does not match your minimum-stability.
This is not Commerce problem, but inline_entity_form
Just change minimum-stability to "dev" in your project composer.json
Also, there is no such thing as a "critcal" support request.
