8.x-1.1 tag was created, but no release was made

Problem/Motivation

I noticed this commit https://git.drupalcode.org/project/forum_access/-/commit/09c2e9a25ba60e6..., and would like to install 8.x-1.1 on Drupal 8.9.20 but cannot as no release page exists, and the composer require command doesn't work either.

Steps to reproduce

Visit this page and try to find the missing release https://www.drupal.org/project/forum_access/releases → .
Alternatively, run `composer require drupal/forum_access:^1.1`, `composer require drupal/forum_access:1.1`

Proposed resolution

Create a new release please :)
