Make League tag converter pluggable

Problem/Motivation

League converter has a lot of tag converters. With Drupal plugin system it would be possible to easily add new tag converters or modify/overwrite/override existing ones.

Proposed resolution

Transform the tag converters from League package into Drupal plugins.
