Make configuration available per-field

Problem/Motivation

I want to apply diffrent image styles for diffrent fields.
Here is my use case:
I have a 3 image field. They use different backgrounds for the image, backgrounds are images itself. I want to use image effect to automatically add image background. But they also want to use responsive images so instead of configuring each in which style for the responsive image to have same background, but different size of it I want image style with the ground to be applied to the original image. And then I can use responsive images to just resize my image.

Add is a possibility to configure image style on upload for specific field.

Implement the solution. Keeps the backwards capability.

User interface changes

On the second page at the checkbox: "Configure image style on the upload per field. If this checkbox is selected you should configure the image style on the field settings itself.."

API changes

Update the settings schema.
